Disconnect: Getting Twentysomething Employees on Board

Why are people under 35 so disenchanted with corporate America –and large not-for-profits as well?  Even with a lingering recession, down-sizings, and structural changes in the workplace their Boomer parents still prefer Big and being on the payroll.  As companies eye an upturn while noting how small the mobile the young talent pool really is, what can they do to win and hold a larger portion of that pool?  In this program we look at what’s happened and what need to be done.  Will your company get the young people it needs?
