I am a Gen X woman who has thought of a few ways to get this situation under control. Offer a huge free fat filled lunch in a private club for all employees 55 plus. Tell them they can smoke inside and that to cut down on the fire risk asbestos hats will be made available next to the tanning beds.
Call it retirement lite. Tell them it's all about team building. within a few months you'll be golden. If they die childless before they can sue you can turn there office into a skate ramp!

Since I am a "war baby " this doesn't affect me, but the ability of oldeer workers to continue in their jobs should be an asset. They provide experience and stability to the work force. This is an asset that many companies fail to.realize and fail to use. An experienced work force can reduce training costs, recruitment costs and reduce the cosr of quality if they are properly used.
